Fix page not found your IT administrator has limited access

(OR) SOFTWARE -> MICROSOFT -> WINDOWS DEFENDER-

CREATE 2 D Codes by the name

DisableAntispyware and set value to 0 DisableRealtimeMonitoring and set value to 0
